UK – using a secure, trackable service delivering within 2-4 business days from order date.
EU – using a secure, trackable service delivering within 3-6 business days from order date. All orders to the EU are shipped from the UK.
USA – using USPS Parcel Post, a secure, trackable service delivering within 4-8 business days from order date. All US orders are shipped from the US
Internationally using USPS Priority Mail International, 6-10 business days delivery service (to major markets) with tracking facility. All orders outside the EU are shipped from the US

Should you wish to return any genuine Curlformers product purchased from us, we will refund or exchange a product provided it’s in fully re-saleable condition. All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in original, undamaged packaging.
The products being returned must have not been used and in re-saleable condition. We will refund the value of the goods including the cost of delivery. When returning items please ensure that you include the delivery note or a copy of your email order and send the items back in the appropriate packaging.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods while they are being returned and would therefore advise making use of recorded or special delivery and insurance.

Amazing smooth curls
MishaAmazing curls that are really smooth and most importantly frizz free. I used a few products to help set my curls and it worked a treat.
DanielleI bought these for my 8 year old daughter for cheer. I put them in her hair while her hair is wet and she sleeps in them. They are not the easiest to sleep in, but she’s slept in them a few times without much complaint. Might be harder to sleep in if your hair is short. In the morning I take them out and the curls are perfect tight cheer curls. They last for days, I’ll even brush them out the day after she competes and it makes the perfect wavy hair. She has very long, smooth, normal thickness hair, that doesn’t really curl well with a curling iron. My teenager also loves these and she can do her hair (for the most part) by herself.
